A. Everything is 100% Made in the USA. We have manufacturing plants in Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. All products ship from our distribution center in Shelton, CT.

Q. Will this product meet government and other specifications?
A. All Slotted and Phillips tips exceed ANSI/ASEM standards and specifications for hardness and torque. All TORX® blade tips meet Accument® Intellectual Properties, LLC standards and specifications for hardness and torque.

Q. Can you provide certificate of conformance when requested?

Q. What is your return policy?
A. No merchandise may be returned without our prior written authorization. All products must be of current design and in resalable condition and packaged in full pack quantities. Credit will be issued at the originally billed price, less 15% handling charge. Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid. For shortage or damage incurred in transit, notify delivery carrier at once and file claim. Our responsibility for delivery of goods ends when bill of lading is signed by receiving carrier at shipping point. Q. Can I get my store name stamped on the handle?
A. We have four (4) Black Pearl™ acetate handle screwdrivers and one (1) 6-in-1 multi-purpose driver that can be Hot Stamped with your store name, up to 17 characters in Gold Foil. You can also add a second line with the part number and size on a second line. Each line adds $0.25 per tool. The minimum order requirement is 100 drivers.
